Everything you need to know about getting your order from our Fordsburg store to your door.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently deliver outside South Africa.

The exact delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden costs added afterwards.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing. Delivery then usually takes 2 to 3 working days to main centres, and can take longer to outlying areas.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend are processed on the next working day.
[TO COMPLETE] Confirm these dispatch and delivery timeframes match what your courier actually achieves, and adjust if not. ECTA requires the dispatch time to be stated accurately.
Collecting from our store
You can collect free of charge from 23 High Road, Fordsburg, Johannesburg, Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00. Choose Local Pickup at checkout. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling, and bring your order number.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email confirming your order, and a further email when it is dispatched. If you have an account, you can see your orders under My Account.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, contact us on +27 69 002 5584 or info@shopae.co.za with your order number and we will trace it.
Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund the item.
Delivery addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct, and that someone will be there to receive the parcel during working hours. We cannot deliver to Post Office box numbers. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available, a re-delivery charge may apply.
